Qualifications
I am a qualified BACP Senior Accredited counsellor of Adults, Children and Young People.
I am also a qualifed supervisor. I have worked with both adults and adolescents for the past 15 years in a number of different establishments including education and the workplace and subsequently hold an enhanced DBS.
I believe each person is an individual and therefore we all deal with situations differently; it does not mean that one person's difficulties are more "justifed" than another's.
Counselling is an opportunity for anyone to talk through their difficulties, past or present, their feelings, emotions, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour.
Working with a qualified counsellor can enable you to reflect on these and make changes to move forward.
